Started his professional career as an aircraft assembly mechanic at Aircraft Repair Plant No. 405. In 1989, graduated with honors from Tambov Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots named after M.M. Rasstov. In 2002, graduated with a gold medal from the Military Air Academy named after N.E. Zhukovsky and Yu.A. Gagarin.
During military service, held positions ranging from pilot to commander of an aviation base. Has a total flight time of over 3500 hours on military transport aircraft. Participated in combat operations on the Tajik-Afghan border.
After completing military service, graduated from Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev and continued his career in leadership positions in commercial companies. Currently holds the position of Deputy General Director for Operational Activities, overseeing the Administrative Department, the Department of Operations, and the Project Management Department.
